The following terms and conditions, together with the policies referred to herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. vomode & noviro reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion for any reason. Your order is not considered accepted until vomode & noviro confirms it. Acceptance of your order is subject to receipt and processing of your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as vomode & noviro may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided when the order was placed.
Returns or exchanges of your purchases are handled exclusively in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 5 – Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in the order confirmation email you receive. Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import fees.
Prices listed in our online stores may differ from prices in brick-and-mortar stores or online stores or other stores operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions for the Services that may affect pricing and are subject to terms and conditions different from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card for the purchase, (iii) the charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the prices stated, including shipping and handling fees and any applicable taxes.
Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all products within Germany. Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday) and delivered within 1–5 business days after processing. The total delivery time (processing time + delivery time) is a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that delays may occur during public holidays or periods of high order volume, which are beyond our control. Orders are shipped via DHL (Deutsche Post), and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
It is not possible to change the delivery address after placing an order. If you would like to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@vomode-noviro.com We accept cancellations at any time as long as the order has not yet shipped.
If your package was damaged in transit, please refuse delivery if possible. If the package was delivered while you were away, please contact our customer service team. If you experience any unexpected delivery delays, please feel free to contact us—we’ll be happy to help.
Section 7 – Intellectual Property
Our Services, including, but not limited to, all trademarks, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio files, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by vomode & noviro, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of vomode & noviro. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be given access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control nor influence.

vomode & noviro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are conducted directly with vomode & noviro. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and vomode & noviro, including injuries, damages or losses resulting from products and services purchased.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all liability for any claims, damages and liabilities arising out of or relating to your purchases and transactions with vomode & noviro.
